Application for Apprenticeship in Carpentry

Desiring to become an apprentice in the carpentry trade, I hereby make application for an Apprenticeship.

Before submitting application make sure you have available your High school diploma or GED, Birth Certificate, WV drivers license, and proof of residency where you currently live. You must be 18 to apply.
Also, please note that you must also live in one of the following West Virginia counties to apply:
