Upcoming classes for Journeymen

Scaffold classes for 2010 have already been scheduled and are already filling up quickly. You must contact the Training Center in order to register for these classes. Seats are limited. To place your name on the waiting list for the next scheduled UBC Scaffold training class, contact the WV Carpenter Training Center.

UBC SCAFFOLD TRAINING

REMEBER - UBC Scaffold cards have an expiration date. To keep your card current you must attend the refresher course. There is a one (1) year grace period on this date. If you do not attend and complete an 8 hour refresher within one year of your expiration, you will have to attend and complete the FULL course. Don't wait until the last minute!

Class size is limited for UBC Scaffold Qualification training. Members are added to the attendance roster on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis. If a class fills up, you may be placed on the overflow list. You may show up on the day of class if you are on the overflow list to determine if another member fails to attend. If there are openings in the class (members who are registered and fail to attend), then the overflow list will be checked in order of registration. If a member on the overflow list is available on the day of class and openings are available, they will be allowed to attend up to the maximum attendance of the class.

It is your responsibility to monitor your expiration date and to make arrangements to attend training. There is no guarantee that training courses in addition to those listed below will be available.

Contact the Training Center office at 866-428-1891 to place your name on the waiting list for these classes. Members MUST attend all portions of a class to complete. You may not attend two days of one session and the third day of another. If any portion of the class is missed in any way, you must take the entire course again.

 

Classes will be cancelled if they do not meet the required registration numbers or there is a lack of interest from the membership.
Classes may be added throughout the year...please check with the Training Center for updated schedules.

Classes may change from the subjects listed below in order to meet industry needs. You will be notified of these changes if you are registered for the class. You will not receive a personal notification of class change if you do not register for class with the Training Center (866-428-1891).
